Bizbo is a chat advisor whose entire knowledge base is one real founder's direct answers to 20 questions about building a business — not generic startup advice. You describe your business situation or question, and it answers through that founder's specific lens: validate with presales before writing any code, hold every expense (including your own time) accountable to incremental growth, be your own first market signal, distrust vanity metrics and "build it and they will come," and lead with positioning over paid channels when budget is $0.
- Models
- openai/gpt-4o-mini via OpenRouter
- Cost
- ~2,000 tokens across test calls during development (system prompt + short conversations). At gpt-4o-mini pricing that's well under $0.01 so far.
Grabbed an API key and assumed it was OpenAI's since that's what I said I'd use — it was actually an OpenRouter key (sk-or-v1- prefix vs OpenAI's sk-proj-). Caught it with a local smoke test (a dummy key returned a clean 401 instead of crashing) before wasting a deploy cycle, then pointed the OpenAI SDK's baseURL at https://openrouter.ai/api/v1 and switched the model id to openai/gpt-4o-mini. Express server, Railway deploy, and domain setup all went clean on the first pass.
