One person creates a room and gets a short code. Everyone else joins with that code + a nickname (no accounts/emails). The host sets the decision and options. Each person picks their preferred option and rolls a 3D d20 — the roll becomes their voting weight. Higher totals win. Critical 20s double the weight; 1s cut it in half.
